Speaking in front of a crowd is never easy but we are going to have to do. So before you preform it is best to be well prepared you don’t want to get up there and be completely lost. Next drink some water so that you will have a clear voice. If you are afraid that people will look at try to imagine them as people you feel comfortable around. For example friends or family.

 

Dear Adam, What is the best way to clear acne?

As teens most of us will get acne and there is nothing wrong with that but if you feel uncomfortable there are some tips to clear acne.

First make sure to wash your face at least two times a day. First wash your face with hot water, apply soap, and then rinse with cold water. The hot water will open your pours and cold water will close your pours.it is important to do this two times a day because our face has loads of dirt and sweat that can block out your pours, which creates acne.
