Cougar kickoff bigger and better

Bryan Adams started another year off right with the annual Cougar Kickoff on August 31. Sport clubs like Tennis, Football, Swimming, Cross Country, Volleyball and DV made a spectacular appearance on the auditorium stage. Athletic team members were introduced to the crowd as well as their coaches, who essentially narrated the team’s competitive history.

 

There was also amazing performances by the Band, Cheerleaders, Dance classes, JROTC, Drama Club and of course the Belles, who always deliver the perfect high kicks which left the majority of the crowd in awe.

 

There was also an adorable performance by PE elementary students from Hexter. They energetically danced, with the help of their teacher, to the song Eye of the Tiger. The massive crowd definitely showed their cougar pride throughout the entire event creating a loud and enthusiastic atmosphere.

 

“The crowd made you want to get up on your feet and participate with the performers.” said Arianna Alvarez, 11.

 

When kickoff came to an end, everyone left the auditorium feeling very pumped for the new school year. Go Cougars!
