On April 13, 2016, Ms. Lott organized a parent and volunteer appreciation dinner that occurred at Bryan Adams Leadership Academy to recognize their hard work. To make the school a better place for the students to accomplish their goals in their education. Many of the people have been involved with the school for many years.

During the event, the parents, volunteers and community members ate dinner made by the culinary art students.

After they finished eating dinner, the parents and volunteers played games oined by Mr. Kastl. The parents and volunteers that won the game, received gift cards as a prize for winning. All of the volunteers received a certificate for participating throughout the whole school year in the activities that the school needed help on, and for their support.

“Some of the parents and students that participated in the celebration, told me that it was the best celebration that has occurred in the years they have volunteer at BA,” Ms. Lott said.

This event occurs every year to appreciate the parents, volunteers and community members that are involved with the school.
