CREEKVIEW

Feb 6- A very good game by both teams but one had to be victorious. It was Bryan Adams. With a final score of 2-1 against Creekview, Bryan Adams bounced back from the heartbreaking loss against Hillcrest. Alexis Castillo and Joel Martinez both scored a goal to help Bryan Adams get the W.

 

HILLCREST

Feb 4- Last night’s game was a heartbreaker. Bryan Adams fell short vs  Hillcrest with a score of 3-2. Alexis Castillo opened the score, but hillcrest scored 3 times consecutive . Ismael Gutierrez scored Bryan Adams 2nd goal and final goal of the game.

 

CONRAD

Jan 31- A cloudy day with a little bit of precipitation, but that didn’t stop the soccer game. Bryan Adams took on Conrad in a really windy, rainy, and cold evening. The game ended with a score of 2-1 in favor of our varsity team. Bryan Padilla and Ismael Gutierrez scored the victory goals.

 

CARROLLTON NEWMAN SMITH

Jan 27- First district game against Carrollton Newman Smith. Now these games are the ones that’ll determine our future in the play offs . Bryan Adams was dominating most of the game about 70 percent of  the time.Ismael Gutierrez, was responsible for our 1-1 tie with Newman Smith.

 

SKYLINE

Jan 23- They meet again, Bryan Adams against Skyline. This time it was only a friendly match. Bryan Adams manage to keep possession of the ball, and also controlled the game. Although the first to score was Skyline , Bryan Adams came back  and scored not once,not twice but 3 times! A beautiful goal by Miguel Torres, Ismael Gutierrez, and Bryan Padilla gave Bryan Adams a glorious victory.

 

NORTH MESQUITE

Jan 17. A tough game against North Mesquite. The final of the tournament. The battle for the championship. We all expected a challenging game, and that’s how it was. It was well played by both teams, but it ended as a draw. A penalty shootout was gonna determined who would be crowned as champions. Sadly our team lost. 3-1 was the result of the penalty shootout.

 

NORTH MESQUITE INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT.

Jan 16- The game finished with a draw. As in result of that, both teams went to a penalty shoot out. It was such an impressive turn out since Bryan Adams by a heartbeat won the penalty shootout 10-9. Bryan Adams moves on to the final after this important victory.

 

SKYLINE

Jan 15-  Rivalry game. Skyline is always a tough team to play against but we always manage to beat them. Our varsity team was up 2-0 but skyline caught up. 2-2 was the score until the last minute a penalty was conceded for Bryan Adams. 3-2 was the final score. Joel Martinez, Luis Rodriguez, and Ismael Gutierrez were responsible for them to beat their rivals.

 

MOLINA

Jan 13- A blowout!!!! Varsity soccer team blew out Molina 5-0 as they pull their 2nd victory. Ismael Gutierrez was red hot that night scoring 2 goals. Martin Gonzalez, Joel Martinez, and Alexis Oliva scored a personal goal.

 

SEAGOVILLE

Jan 9- Start of a new season.Bryan Adams varsity soccer team beat Seagoville 3-1 in a friendly scrimmage. Alexis Castillo scored 2 goals and Luis Rodriguez scored a goal that gave the team the victory in their debut game.
